Fischers in New York!

Mom and Dad came to visit Duben and I in New York. What an adventure. We stayed busy seeing everything and than some. It was quite the trip. I think we all needed a week just to recuperate after their trip. We started by taking them all over to get a feel for the city and how things work out here - quite different than home! It was great seeing mom stopping every block to point out something neat.
We checked out the top of the Rockefeller building, it was amazing! I could have stayed up their for hours soaking in the view. It was fun getting to be up there and actually knowing all the different parts of the city you could see.

Over the next week we about did it all. We went to Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Ground Zero, watched the St. Patrick's Day parade, checked out Central Park, saw some shows, ate lots of great food, mom met Jacques Torres, and we ate more great food. It was such a fun week to be with them, and show off the city that we loved. It was so great seeing mom get so excited over everything! Especially all the different bakeries. I have more pictures of tarts and cannolis than I know what to do with!
